I gave a B because my washing machine never was repaired. I had been trying to fix my 2 year old front load washing machine and had replaced the front door switch, which I was convinced was the issue. When it still didn't run I called Johnson's. Their repair man came out to our house which was about 12 miles from their business and worked on my machine trying to diagnose the problem. After about 20 minutes he told me it was the front door switch. I told him I had already replaced it and he said I must have gotten a bad replacement switch. That is what I thought, but wanted a professional's opinion before buying anymore parts. He even called Whirlpool directly to double check the diagnostic he performed while he was at my home. I chose not to have the machine repaired. I dismantled the machine and sold the parts on ebay for about $400 to help offset the cost of a new washer. Had spent enough on that one. Since I never repaired the old machine, there is no direct proof that he was right or wrong, but he appeared to me to be knowledgeable and acted in a very polite and professional manner. And the charges for his services, in my opinion, were very fair and reasonable.

I called late morning and they had someone there early afternoon. When I called they helped me with finding the issue and was willing to walk me through fixing it myself. I have used they guys one than once and have always be very helpful and friendly.

This company is very prompt and trustworthy. They usually can find what is wrong with my appliances and fix them. They got it done a lot quicker than I thought they would and I will use them again in the future.
