Caleb's Contracting

Description of Work: I spoke with Mr Caleb Torres the owner of F&T Contracting and he said that he would work on my grandsons bedroom and would take 3 weeks and I would pay for the material for insulation, dry wall, windows (2) trim, flooring, paint, nails, screws etc. I asked for receipts and seen I was also paying for tools and equipment, total coming out to almost 3K with labor when he told me it would be around $500 not including the floor. I still needed to get the doors and trim which I told him I still had $590 credit with him and on the day we were to select the doors he said I had to pay for them, because he had bought other materials but paid cash and didn't have receipts. He also worked on my kitchen bathroom that was partially done stating it had a leak in the wall and tore all the new tiles, sheet rock and replaced it with tiles I still had left from the first work. these rooms are small and it took him from the first week of October until I let him go on the last week of December. Never would return my calls, emails or text.... Would come late at night after he would finish his other jobs, which he said it would be only two weeks and then he'd come work full time on my place... Had employees he never paid and I paid out of my pocket to have them come and work. Never did complete either jobs and was told that I had to clean up the grout and other stuff that was on my new floor tiles that have not come out no matter how much I scrub and two tiles are cracked. He also asked me to paint the bedroom when that was part of our verbal contract, that he would complete the room by insulating it, making a new closet, putting in two new windows, dry wall and paint room, do some electrical minor work, add a ceiling fan (which it won't fit because he did not center it) and do the floor. He said to pay him what I wanted and pay for the material.
