+ -1 moreI have been a little disappointed with them, because I had to have another company come get that out. We also have a split unit upstairs and they messed up the part with the aluminium going down to the unit and there were hundreds of wasps that came in. I was very happy with them up to that point.
Description of Work: They came out a couple weeks ago. They said they could not get to a pipe to let loose of some debris that was clogging up my air.

+ -1 moreWILLIAMS HEATING AND AIR IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE UPFRONT ON THE THINGS WHICH NEED TO BE DONE AND DO WHAT THEY SAY WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE DONE. I ALSO WAS ABLE TO TRUST THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS COMPLETELY.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A DOUBLE WIDE TRAILER TO RENT OUT AND I WAS UNSURE OF THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. WILLIAMS CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS SHOT, BUT THAT THE FURNACE COULD BE FIXED AND THEY DID.
