Madison County Custom Concrete

The actual concrete that they poured turned out good. They also did an overlay that was not done correctly and started washing away with the first light rain after the job was supposedly finished. Joe assured me that his crew would fix it correctly, then they started missing days with one excuse after another. The job was started on July 9th 2024, it is now September 11th 2024, two months later as I write this review and the job still is not completed. Horrible communication, and Joe seems to not listen very well to the customer in my experience. Crew didn't clean up after themselves on numerous days. Joe gave me a time frame as to when they would be back to fix the overlay, and then never came to fix it and failed to call or contact me in anyway for two weeks. So, as I stated earlier, it is 2 months after the job was started and it is still not fixed and finished. Only wish I could leave fewer stars.

I was very satisfied with work done by Joe and his crew. Joe was very thorough in explaining the how’s and why’s of each job, and both turn out great.

Our house was built in 1885 Victorian brick. We had a stamped concrete to look like brick sidewalk put in came out Fantastic. We also had Tuckpointing done to the limestone and a concrete slab 15 x 5. They are easy to work with, but they also tell You the best way to go about it. We are very happy with the end product. It matches our brick home.
