Description of Work: Decks Solutions did a full deck tear off with new cedar deck, 4' x 21' deck extension with new piers finishing with stain and paint. The project went well with the exception of some weather issues that compromised the staining and rail painting. Based on the time of year Deck Solution they would return this Spring to address all of the finishs issues, and they did the deck looks great! Can't wait to enjoy it. I would definitely recommend to them for any type of deck project or for refinishing existing decks

Description of Work: They repaired some boards in my deck that needed replacing. They also powerwashed and sanded the deck prior to painting. They painted with a colored stain in 2 coats with 2 colors--one on floor, different one on railing. I am pleased overall and appreciated the customer service I received overall. A few miscommunications, but nothing that we couldn't work out.

Description of Work: pressure washed our deck; sanded and put down 2-3 coats of penetrating oil finish. Deck had been sadly neglected and now looks fine.

Description of Work: Deck Solutions power washed and stained my deck, my fence, my gate, also they stained the attached benches and lattice overhang. Very thorough job, there are lots of crevices, particularly with the lattice, well done!

Description of Work: Dan sent a team out to power-wash my deck a week or so before the actual work was done. They actually came out a second time and re-washed it due to a longer than expected time before the actual work was done (due to the weather). The second team came out a week or so later and sanded, prepped and painted/stained the deck. The work could not be finished in one day (I decided to change the color) so they returned 2 days later and finished the job. The guy who did the work (Kevin) originally came out with a partner to help him, but came out the second time by himself. I had to leave for a doctor appointment and when I returned, I could not have been happier about the way the deck turned out. It looked great! I was originally very skeptical about how a two-toned deck would look, but it was a great match. I would highly recommend this company for all your deck needs.

Description of Work: Submitted the form , Request a quote form http://www.deck-solutions.com/quote.htm and later called for an estimate, Chris said someone would show up for measurements to perform deck staining and pressure washing, but no one showed up. Called back and asked him and he said oh you are 16th on the list today some one should be there for writing up the estimate. This was on 07/25, till date no one showed up. I am never going to use this company for anything. Unprofessional and not worthy of my time

Description of Work: Nothing. They mentioned that they were busy and will take a "couple of weeks" to have an estimate for my deck. I never received an estimate and my deck has been power washed and stained while waiting for them.

Description of Work: They came and painted the deck. We were pleased with the quality of the work. It was easy to communicate in order to correct an initial issue with not having my address updated on Angie's List.

Description of Work: They cleaned and sealed my deck. They did a great job it looks fantastic. They only issue was the lag between the cleaning and the sealing. After it was washed they didn't return to seal the wood for over a week.
