The inspection went well. Mark arrived on time and walked us through each item of the inspection, starting on the exterior, then moving to the interior components of the house. The inspection finished with a summary review of important items.

Mark spent over four hours looking in every nook and cranny of the house. He pointed out every little thing that was wrong or could be wrong with the home. Due to his inspection, he found hail damage on the roof, which we got a check from the seller's insurance company for $5800! And we also got extra credits for $850. Also when we moved in, we knew exactly what work needed to be done and have had no surprises. If you are thinking about buying a home, Mark is the BEST!!!!

Mark was outstanding. My calls were returned promptly. Mark walked me & my husband through our entire home & property, explaining everything he saw. He diagnosed problems, detailed what I could do, what needed to be done by a professional, what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He explained how everything worked in my house, including some things I didn't know even after living in the house for 20 years. His written report included a description of each area in my home, the problems that needed to be worked on, a suggested solution and an estimated cost for the repair(s). He also included a CD of photos that he took related to each area & problem. And he did diagnose the roof problem and suggested a solution, giving me an independent opinion and a checklist for evaluating roofing bids. Having Mark inspect my home was one of the best things I've ever done.

He is fabulous and extremely thorough. Very, very buyer oriented. I used him before and been very pleased.

Mark is exceptionally professional. He did a thorough inspection and generated a complete description of our home deficiencies including photos taken on the premises. He also provided an electronic version of the report which enabled us to "cut and paste" a punch list by category (e.g., plumbing, electrical, etc.). After having a new HVAC system installed, I asked Mark back to inspect the job. He found several deficiencies which I then pointed out to the HVAC company that subsequently corrected the problems. This was money well worth it.

We cannot say enough good things about Mark. He is professional, extremely thorough, and has a vast knowledge of home systems and construction. Mark was kind enough to take extra time with us to explain why certain things needed repair or maintenance, and pointed out where we could potentially do the work ourselves and where we needed a pro. We would not hesitate to hire Mark again and have already referred him to friends. This is the guy you want if you are a buyer!
