+ -1 moreHe held my 50% deposit money for many weeks with excuse after excuse as to when he would start. Once he started the work he was quick to finish, the sealer he used caused white stains all around the patio. I sent him a message and he tried to blow me off by saying it was moisture but it doesn’t disappear. I don’t want to continue discussions with this business because it will not get me anywhere. Buyer be aware this guy will rush through the job and not follow up on your satisfaction. He will collect the money upon completion which is not enough time for you to see the defects. I do not recommend this business or Sam Mashal owner.
