The process was very difficult. The builder's communication skills were terrible. He usually has so many different projects going on that it is hard to catch up with him. We was on a very tight time schedule and the home had to be closed on or before June 30, 2010. We closed on the house before it was completely finished and moved in shortly after. What followed was a nightmare. A severe crack showed up across an entire major wall and all my nails started popping. In addition to all of that my custom tile shower grout started to crack and water was seeping in underneath my tiled shower floor. It took several weeks to get him or someone in his crew to come in and fix the problems. He would schedule time to come in the house on short notice and most times it was when we was not home. Over a period of two years we only used the master bath shower for about 6 months total time because it was leaking the rest of the time. He fixed in twice? We can only hope its correct now. The crack in my wall was eventually fixed but the painter dripped paint on my rug and painted over my light switches. After two attempts at fixing the nail pops my husband just asked them to leave. We will eventually fix these on our own. It has taken us two years to get this far on a house that is only two years old. Would I recommend Warner Const.? ABSOLUTLEY NOT! Buyer beware! And if you talk to my neighbors they feel the same way and have had similar problems.
