Description of Work: Trimmed and shaped up several trees. Took out a dead evergreen. Did a good job. Very reasonable in pricing. Advised me on several things and gave me some good tips. I was under no time limit and he was very busy with some other jobs that he had lined up but I did not have to wait too long and if I wasn't home when he could get here, he took care of what we discussed. billing and paying was no problem. Other people (his father I think )handles the large jobs which leaves him to take care of the multitude of smaller jobs which most tree services don't want to bother with. Not sure of date but it was about a yr. ago or a little less.

 + -1 moreFirst time Eric Powers stated he would do my shrub roots removal job after his other job. We missed each other he stated he got there at 4 pm on a Thursday 9/5. I got home after 5 pm so I thought I had misunderstood him. Then the next time he said he would be there next Thur after 4:30. I sat at home never arrived or called? I asked if he was paying me back for messing up on the first call and he stated life was too short, but cannot prove it by the sequence of events. I called him and he said he would try to see me Fri or Monday that he was short-handed. I said please give me a time frame by please calling me, and I have not heard from him since. I think I have went out of my way to make up for the first missed call, but I believe businessmen should have approximate arrival times.
Description of Work: Eric Powers constantly made plans to do work but never did the work because I believe bigger jobs took priority.

 + -1 moreWe have Total Tree Services come out every other year to prune two oak trees in our front yard that were planted to close to each other. They do a nice job thinning out the small branches and cleaning up.

Description of Work: They fed our evergreen trees, and applied fungicide and worm spray.
