The Granite Guy

In hunting around for countertop installers my wife chose the Granit Guy for no particular reason. We were familiar with the name and she had been to the store on at least one occasion to look at samples. The Granit Guy came to our house for measurements and recommended a higher back splash behind the sink which was something that was apparently being done in homes now. I was not really on board with it at first, but think it was a good recommendation in the end. The Granit Guy measured once before the project started to order the counter top and again after the cabinets were installed. The job took only one day and it was very exciting to come home from work and have the work completed. We had an issue with some caulking missing from one of the joints in the back splash and the Granit Guy came out the same day to remedy the situation. In the end it was a good choice and would recommend the Granit Guy to my friends.

George, the owner, was extremely patient as I visited his store many times until I found the exact piece of granite (color, movement, etc.) that I wanted. I was so picky and asked so many questions I am surprised he was always was so cordial when I contacted him. He and his crew coordinated with other workers ... installing flooring, cabinets, plumbing and were exceptionally careful in carrying the granite in and installing it to perfection. The prices are much lower for the same or higher quality granite of any place I shopped in our part of the country.
