Description of Work: I responded to a coupon printed on the back of a grocery store receipt for the 3rd housecleaning free from this service. The first team of two women came and did a terrific job, mostly through the efforts of one of the women (who apparently no longer works for this company.) The second time, no one showed up on the date scheduled. When I spoke to Jeff Miller on the phone, he apologized and said there would be no charge for a replacement date to clean the house. On that date, three women showed up and did a terrible job. Neither of the bathroom floors were washed. The utility room floor was not washed (proof: splatters of blue Downey that were on the floor were still evident on the floor after the crew left). I had left a couple of inches of water in one side of a two-basin kitchen sink. The crew left it untouched and cleaned out only the empty side. The woman vacuuming jerked the vacuum back and forth so rapidly that it could hardly have suctioned up any dirt in (or on) the carpet. These are only examples of a generally sloppy and completely inadequate cleaning job. When I called to complain to Jeff Miller, and gave him these specific examples of the poor job that was done, I asked him to send a different crew out next time. He said it wasn't possible to do that and that if I was so disatisfied then I should find someone else to clean my house. He said that I would not be billed for the date that the three women came and I haven't received a bill for it.

Description of Work: We were moving and we were having him get some stuff out of the attic in a walk up attic. I couldn't do the stairs and there were 60 stairs between the basement and the third floor. He moved stuff from the attic to the first level. When the house was done, we wanted vacuuming.

Description of Work: The provider was supposed to clean my house - the team did ok at first but that didn't last.
