The Boat Dock

Light in motorhome hallway didn't work. They were to check to see if it was electrical or broken light. They found it had a broken light and asked if we wanted it replaced. We asked if they had a light and they said they did, but it was a little larger than what was there. What they did was take a light from living room area and put into hallway and put a new light in living room. The light they put in the living room didn't match the one that was there. It is brighter and a different light. So, I have unmatched lighting in my living room and the match in the hallway. The back up camera was checked and we were told that the wires were bad and so was the camera (at a tune to over $200). We asked if they checked the fuse and they told us they didn't know where it was. Took it home and found the fuse, but replaced the camera for less than $300. The cigarette lighter, we were told there wasn't any power to it (which was correct) and that we would have to contact a Freightliner dealer to have it repaired. We hooked it up to a hot wire and it now works. The motorhome was promised to us and then after telling us about everything they were surprised that we wanted if fixed. So they put another camper in front of us and we waited another day for actual work to be done. I had heard bad things about this place from our camping friends, but thought we would try them. It turned out as our friends told us, which was you bring it in there for service and then take it home and fix the problem yourself.

They are very frendly on the phone. They get a good idea of what they need to fix over asking you on the phone. My friends have all taken their boats here to get worked on. The prices are very competitive also. They get you in as soon as you can there.
