The move itself went very well. Salesperson was nearly perfect on his cost estimate, driver was very talented, understanding, and professional. A few of the packers could have been better...but were adequate considering the required skill set. No delays whatsover; arrived at destination sooner than expected. Plenty of good communication. No damage at arrival. Destination agency's unloading personnel were fantastic. However, the only real problem is that there were no firm provisions made for the eventual disposal of hundreds of cardboard shipping cartons and packing paper, and the destination Bekins agency would not return to pick it up as we had been originally promised. We called quite a number of for-profits and non-profits etc. to inquire about recycling, donating, etc., all to no avail. In a gated and managed community with strict rules we could not just set all of this in the street and so had to hire an independent company to remove it all at a cost to us of $360.00. We were not expecting that after paying almost $15,000.00 for the move. Bekins should better manage this issue among their franchised local agents. We can't be the first this happened to.

They were very professional. We encountered no breakage of anything during the move. All of their personnel was very professional and friendly. The company was accommodating to our needs.
