+ -1 moreVery professional and lots of great information. I couldn't be happier. I now know what to look for and what to do for prevention. Best part, it a local business rather then a big corporation. They really care and took care of the problem.
Description of Work: He was great, diagnosed the problem carpenter ants He took care of it and a large sigh from me as it was not termites. Very professional and gave me lots of info about about deterring carpenter ants. It was an overall great experience and greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: We had a bee problem. They were diving at our children right outside our back door. I called around and several other pest control companies could not come out for a couple of weeks. When I called Sentinel they could come out in two days and apologized for it taking so long. The gentleman who came out explained that we had Carpenter Bees and checked our entire deck and the back of the house for the nest. He explained that the female will bore a hole in wood to lay her eggs and what we should look for. I greatly appreciate the time that he spent with us. I will definitely use Sentinel should the need ever arise!!

+ -1 moreWe had a hole appear in a wall around our shower and a pile of what looked like sawdust accumulate outside it. We feared the worst: termites. I called three exterminator companies to get evaluations and estimates. I chose Sentinel as one because I knew from their ad that they offered the lowest toxicity type of termite control. The Sentinel representative was knowledgeable and shared that knowledge freely with me. He assured me that we did not have termites, and most likely not even carpenter ants, which had been suggested by a previous firm. He gave me advice on how to deal with the problem myself at little or no cost beyond what we were already planning to spend on repairing and upgrading the shower. This guy was totally honest. He made absolutely no attempt to sell me something I didn?t need. I highly recommend this firm as one that can be trusted.
