As stated above, I don't think the job was acceptable at all. She did mop the kitchen and bathroom floors but there was dirt on the wood floors that had been there before she came. Same with the carpets. There is still dog hair and leaf chaff that was there before she got here. I thought her price was high to begin with but, after seeing the finished job, it was exceedingly high (a rip off, you might say).
Description of Work: Not much. The carpet in the room I most wanted cleaned wasn't vacuumed at all from what I can tell. The sink in the kitchen was still partially stained. There was minimal dusting done. I had hired this outfit because the ad said they had been in business for more than a dozen years. I explained that I was expecting houseguests soon and, because of an acute case of tendonitis, I was unable to clean in preparation for their arrival. Now, I am going to have to find someone else to come in and finish what wasn't done today.
