Had a check come out this morning to clean the sewer in the basement had several people out here in the past 13 years never had a problem with the cleaning. And yes they had to work at , running a smaller cutter . Then they went up in size to the large one , granted it took some time . But it was done in 45 minutes give or take. He shows up by himself worked at it for about 5 minutes started having problems I get all the others have had causing some help I thought they were just loading up the machine apparently never got through this to the center line gave up on it immediately and wanted to get paid which I did. Never even tried to run it back and forth like MasterRooter just poor work. manship and attitude. At 265 for the first 30 minutes, one person and then just give up in the first 10 minutes. Master policy is 225 for as long as the job takes and if they can not get it they charge you $100 and of course they got it . Did four runs to the main . They never even pulled out a root

A great company. A great company. First we had our crawl space waterproofed. Following that we had mold removed. They did an amazing job. Can't say enough about how wonderful this crew was and the price was reasonable.

My appointment was for 11:00 am and he arrived shortly there after, which I am good with. He got right to work and promptly rectified the plumbing situation.

Was expecting a better disposal. Also, checked it three times for leaks. A week later had a flood in the cabinet. Fixed it for no charge but I do not think it should have happened.

Very prompt and professional and got the job done quickly.

I thought it was worth it but since I’ve never had this type of work done I don’t know how to rate the cost. Seemed a bit high but have nothing to compare it with. Was nice, resort, clean, didn’t waste time, did a very good job.

Sheldon was very friendly, kept coming back until we mostly had warm water.

Had a clogged drain, Plumber came out and got it partially open, but informed me that I have a problem that is going to require 2000+ worth of digging. Plumber then advised me that they coluld not complete the work right then, and I really should not attempt to have them do the digging until it is warmer and the ground was not frozen. When the problem recurred a week later, Plumber refused to come back out and eel again, even for additional payment. But it's still cold and allegedly I cannot do anything else either. So, for $180 I got my drain partially cleared for a week. Now I need another plumber.

Since this was not an emergency situation, I was able to schedule a convenient time. Shane was great the whole time, even though my root blockage was worse than expected. Thankfully, they were able to get it cleared out and walk me through some future work to be done. I really appreciated being kept up at all steps of the process and they did a great gob and cleaned up before leaving. Will definite use their services in the future.

He is professional. He has worked on several things in my house. He has always done excellent and professional. I am very happy.
