They did a GREAT job! Provided a comprehensive quote (and came in on budget) with options for me to choose from. The owners do the work, so you are getting pros. Kept me informed, were very neat and cleaned up after all stages of work, paid attention to details. I highly recommend them.

I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER COMPANY TO WORK WITH. WILLIAM STEPHENS AND JOHN LOWRY WENT FAR FAR OUT OF THEIR WAY TO COMPLETE THIS JOB. THEY REMOVED A LOT OF WALL PAPER, THEN REPAIRED THE WALLS AND REPAINTED THE ROOMS. ALL THIS WAS DONE IN A MOST TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY WERE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL, AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT THE NEXT STEPS WERE GOING TO BE. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF THE PROJECTED DATE AND BELOW THE PROJECTED COST. . I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING THEIR SERVICES !!!!!!

I've never been more pleased with painting. William was here for 5 days. The consummate professional; highly skilled, perfectionist, puntional. Not one drop of paint out of place. No mess of any sort left to clean. Plus, he was congenial and easy to work with. Pure perfection.

When our house was in need of power washing I called Stephen's immediately. He previously did flawless painting in our home. He again was thorough and professional. Our dirty, greenish house is white again. It looks beautiful.

Everything went great, William is a true professional. One of the bedrooms he painted was a disaster. It had homemade wallpaper and paint treatment with more holes in the walls than wall. He repaired it quickly, painted it and it looks like a whole new room. The rest of the job was done quickly with little disruption from daily routine. I can't say enough good things about William. He was so nice and spent so much time making sure things looked good. More than once he redid patching and sanding because it didn't meet his standards. I had holes in my walls behind my showers where plumbing work was done and he covered those with pieces of wood that are screwed in so they can be removed easily if plumbing work ever needs to be done in the future. This was not in the contract, but he did it anyway at no extra charge. He was prompt every day. He put up with my 3 dogs and two cats who more than once got in his way. I can recommend William without any reservations. My house looks better then I ever dreamed it would. If you need painting done, this is your guy.

Price was reasonable, he was on time and did a wonderful job. The walls and ceiling look incredible. I needed help on color selection and his suggestions were spot on. I chose the colors he recommended and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely use his services in the future.

Mr. Stephens was professional and friendly - I would call him again. I was unavoidably away during the time period in which I urgently needed the work completed. Mr. Stephens picked up the keys at my office, reviewed the project, returned the keys, and gave me a quote over the phone. I am sure it was an inconvenience for him to converse only by phone and to pick up keys at my office. However, I returned to a nicely finished project that was reasonably priced. I was very happy with his work, especially as the wallpaper I had purchased was tricky to hang. Thank you!!

Very good results.. It was a tricky space, having a 14 foot ceiling.

William was prompt, courteous, and was extremely precise and particular about his painting. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. It's like watching an artist. He's very meticulous and very thorough. William is dedicated to his work, and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied.

We "interviewed" 3 companies for the repainting of our first floor. All three companies were represented well, however Bill was the only one that pointed out some flaws from previous work. He did this in a very nice way, as we were responsible for most of these. Despite being more expensive than the others, we chose to go with BMW because they are a local business with a history in Springfield,. All three of the owners are experienced painters with extensive experience, and they do their own work. William and Meryl did a fantastic job! I can't say enough about their expertise and professionalism. They did not just "paint" the walls. The preparations, beginning with the movement of furniture, covering the furniture, placing tarps and plastic on the floors, taping the woodwork. Then there was the scraping, initial flaw repair, sanding of the walls, then application of base coat, more repair, spot sanding and then final coat. They also repaired several holes in the walls that were the result of moving outlets. I was a little concerned about the color we had selected after a portion of the family room was painted. William was very patient and offered to complete the first coat and let me think about it overnight. He then gave me the option to change color before the second coat. We ended up staying with our original choice, which looked better aafter the second coat. The kitchen originally was wallpapered in a neutral color, I was not sure that I wanted to maintain the color of the family room into the kitchen, Bill suggested a couple of bold colors he had used in some recent jobs. I finally settled on a bright gold. I was still concerned, so William and Meryl were good enough to paint a section of the kitchen and sunroom so I could make a final determination. Seeing it on the walls around the woodwork removed all doubts. This color really highlights all the cabinetry and woodwork. Finally, our job took about 6 days, the guys came in each day, moved the furniture, covered it, did their work. Cleaned up each day, vacuumed, replaced furniture. We could not be more satisfied with the finished job. We will not have to go through the interview prcess for our next painting experience. We will start and finish with Stephens BMW.

He has a real eye for design and color. It's a family owned business. They are wonderful. They are very timely, professional. They go the 2nd mile. They think about the little things, like not tracking in mud. It's as if they are walking into their own home and making these changes. They are friendly, and dependable. They are very fair in price. They are good, solid folks who do a great job. They are exactly who they say they are, do exactly what they say they will and they do it very well.
