On October 29, 2014 I sent back the signed proposal and the Health and Safety form I had to sign before the work would be scheduled. The Health and Safety form stated that I agreed to be gone for 24 hours from my house once the work was done because of the possible health effects of the spray foam. I had to email the salesman twice to find out when the job was scheduled, I received an email saying they were really busy and didn't know when it would be scheduled. I came home on Dec. 11, 2014 to find a toxic smell, realizing that the foam had been sprayed that day without prior notification and my dogs were home all day smelling the toxic odor. There was no one in the office to answer the phone and the salesman's cell phone voicemail was full and unable to record my call. I was left to find a place to stay that night with my two dogs and had to take the next day off work as I left the house without a change of clothes. Then I had to have them come back and clean up the mess they left in the crawlspace and fix a crack already present in the spray foam. Most of my correspondence with this company took two emails to get my answer, there was never anybody in the office when I called.
Description of Work: Covered crawlspace floor with polyethylene plastic and sprayed insulation to the perimeter of the crawlspace.

No problems other than the minor dust issues noted. Workers did have booties with them and used them in the house rather than walking in dirty boots. I keep these handy but it was nice that they had their own.
Description of Work: We had about 8 inches of blown cellulose insulation added in our two story home. They showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They also gave us the rebate form which cut 30% off of the cost (we had an energy audit through Amren or CWLP as part of that). The only recommedation I would make is that when they take the hose into the attic to blow the insulation. use plastic or some type of membrane to seal the hose before you start blowing. There was fine insulation dust all over our master bed closet that left us with about 45 minutes of cleanup on our clothes, shoes, closet furniture, and carpets/baseboards. Thanks.

I called and they came out the same day to give an estimate. i scheduled an appointment later for installation, they were prompt and thorough and they were able to give me $1400 in instant rebates from ameren so my out of pocket cost was so low that i could not have done the job myself and saved money it would have cost more. thanks
Description of Work: I had them insulate my attic, blow in insulation, sealed my attic ductwork, and install roof vents for bathroom fans.
