Description of Work: I purchased a new high-end Dell desktop PC. I paid PCMD to setup the new computer then transfer data, programs, music, pictures and documents from the old PC to the new. During the process we discovered the MS Office programs had been loaded/corrupted. Doug completed all he could during that visit. I contacted Dell on Monday and they actually had to get a MicroSoft technician on the line to fix [a two hour process] their problem. Anyway, Doug returned, as we had planned, and completed the setup/transfer work. | |I highly recommend PCMD to anyone who needs PC support. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was easy to reach; returns calls; charges very reasonable rates; comes to your home; and, completes the job as agreed. PCMD and owner Doug will continue to be my first choice when I need PC support. I've used a number of local computer support firms over the years but Doug's willingness to come to my home; reasonable rates; accessibly; and technical knowledge will direct me back to him if I need PC support again in the future.
