Description of Work: Killed hornets which had made nests in two places next to our foundation. Fast and professional. Told us they would check back to make sure all were gone, but there was no need. All of them were killed the first time. We are very happy with Orkin.

 + -1 moreFrom the very beginning Page came in and explained how termites work (the back story ). he was very courtious and never once was pushy! He explained how the process went, looked throughly at all the areas of the basement and crawl space. Showed us where the evidence was, estimated how long they have been their, and checked the structure of the house. After the inspection he sat down with his ipad and explained what the estimate meant and pricing. Very good customer service and not pushy at all!
