+ -1 moreThey were knowledgeable and had the equipment that I needed. Their price was pretty good. The best thing was, after we rented it, we did not actually get to use it the full four hours that we were supposed to use it, so they gave us a $20 discount; they refunded the unused time.
Description of Work: I used Noonan True Value West to get a waterline in my front yard replaced. I did not buy a waterline but I rented some equipment to repair the waterline.
