Person from this vender tracked raw sewage, cement, and mud through my mothers kitchen, did not show several days in a row, and did not clean the sewage, mud and cement after the job was completed. He was nice - and prompt but vender is consistantly over priced.

Technician showed up on time and brought a trainee. No problem. My air conditioner doesn't blow cold air. He charges it and tells me the price. "No way" I said. It doesn't cost that much for 10 minutes of work. Way...ok, you win, but I'm not happy. The jerk, who now knows I'm unhappy about the price, starts pushing me about considering an on going maintenance contract with them. I say no, he keeps pushing. Making the argument for this extra checking on my system (and extra charges). We never got around to that. At this point, I've told him several times I'm not interesting in a maintenance contract...He still insists that I consider it. "Get out" I said. "Send me the bill." He leaves only to return from his truck with some coupon that he found in his vehicle (yeah right). I thanked him and paid the stupid $384...Don't remember what it was before the discount. I will never use them again. Prices are TOO high, and they push maintenance contracts once they have their foot in the door.

Ryan was great. On time. Professional. Clean. Polite. Figured out the problem in 5 minutes. The part was on the truck. Finished the job in 1/2 the time he predicted. Left the place cleaner than he found it. GREAT experience.

I liked everything about them. I would refer other people to them and already have in fact. They did a good job, they were honest. They cleaned up after themselves and were over all very professional.
