Mc Donald Luxury Bath

Description of Work: Our bathroom was remodeled with a new tubliner and new wallsby McDonald's Luxury Bath in Springfield Illinois. We signed our contract on July 31, 2012. We were told 3-4 weeks for our start date, with installation taking 2-3 days with an installer who has 7 years experience. After calling and leaving messages for 5 days the middle of September, we were finally told our start date would be October 1, 2012. The guy shows up and tells us we are the first job he has done for Dirk Homeier, the owner of Luxury Bath in Springfield, IL. The guy works for 3 1/2 days then quites. Bathroom a mess, tub does not drain, pipe from shower leaks in our wall down through the floor to basement, also no toilet and no sink. We contact Dirk who sends a plumber to install toilet and sink, also person to install new floor. They did a good job. Dirk then sends another person who has their own Luxury Bath business in Loami Ilinois to finish the job. They did a great job. Our bathroom looks great now, thanks to Don & Norma. The job was finished on Oct. 18, 2012. We are very happy with the Luxury Bath product, but not the service we received from Dirk Homeier, the owner of the Springfield Luxury Bath. We would NOT recommend him to anyone for any kind of work.
