Description of Work: Power washed, scraped, repaired siding, filled holes & gaps in the overhang, replaced rotted wood in the eaves, made new steps for the deck and then painted the entire exterior of the house which included the porch and staining back deck. LOL when my daughter and I came home John had even finished spreading the mulch we hadn't gotten too! What a nice guy :-) | |I would like to commend John Rotherham (Masterpiece Painting) for the "amazing" job he did painting and restoring a 110 yr old house. John is detailed, honest, dependable, VERY reasonable and a perfectionist in his work. He is also talented in many areas. He is currently glazing the windows and repairing the concrete steps. John will be remodeling for me in the near future. Get your TO DO LISTS ready and get a bid from him....seriously I haven't found anything that John can't do!

+ -1 moreWe had Masterpiece Painting do some interior painting. John and Mike did a great job painting the walls in our living room, kitchen and 2 hallways. It wasn't an easy task. We have high ceilings and the 1 hall was tight to work in. John cleaned all the woodwork after painting as well as cleaning all the switch plates before putting them back on the walls. We would definitely use Masterpiece Painting again and recommend them for quality work. It was a 2 day job because of the area involved and it needed 2 coats of paint to cover the existing color on walls. They were running late the second day and did call to let us know.

+ -1 moreHe did a super good job. He was prompt and courteous. He did the work he said he'd do and didn't leave a mess. The ceiling was done correctly and he also did the trim too. I don't recall the price but I remember it not being excessive.

+ -1 moreJohn and his crew did an excellent job painting our siding, shutters, gutters and all trim. Their attention to detail was impressive and the materials used seem to be of high quality. I would not hesitate to call them again should any painting be needed in the future and I would recommend them to friends.
