Ā + -1 moreI used them for several years. I got tired of calling the owner and saying this or that wasn't done. When the kitchen was "deep cleaned," there were crumbs, the shelf where the water/ice dispenser is wasn't wiped down. No handles or drawer pulls anywhere were cleaned in such a way that they were clean front AND back. I have a rug with fringe. When they cleaned the floor, the fringe was left clumped, not straightened. No seat cushion was lifted and vacuumed underneath. Not happy.

Description of Work: Very pleased with this service. I've never used a maid service before but have made appointments for the next 2 months. Three ladies cleaned 6 rooms and 1 1/2 baths in approx 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. I left as soon as they arrived and came home to a sparkling clean home. In fact the tub surround has never been so clean. Yeah for the ladies with Maids R Us!

Ā + -1 moreDo yourself a favor and hire Maids R Us. These ladies know what they are doing and they do it thoroughly. I have yet to see anything they missed cleaning. They are very professional and kind. I have been lucky to have Kim as the crew leader and Kristie each time, and I have liked everyone else as well. They make the cleaning process a pleasant one, even for my dog who does not like vacuums! I will definitely continue to use them.
Description of Work: Deep cleaned the entire house on the first visit followed by two biweekly cleanings.

Ā + -1 moreWhen Tina came to my house for an estimate, she was very thorough. She explained exactly what the crew would clean and what products they would use. I made a couple of special requests and she agreed. A week or so later when the team completed the job, I was ecstatic as I walked throughout my house checking their work. I kept running my hands over high surfaces to see if they were clean, and everything was. Our kitchen floor is black tile, which is difficult to clean without leaving streaks. It was perfect. Even my husband, who is not easily impressed, was extremely happy with the thoroughness of the job. I am extremely happy with their work and can't wait for them to come back this week!
Description of Work: Full-house deep cleaning, to be followed by regular, bi-weekly cleaning.

Description of Work: This is the first time they have cleaned for me and they will be continuing every 2 weeks. I have worked with many cleaning professionals over many years and I have never seen a company cover this many details in their regular cleaning. I am a very particular person when I clean, and they clean above and beyond what I would even consider cleaning. Details - its what cleaning is about! It is very difficult to find a cleaning company that exceeds your expectations. They do!

Ā + -1 moreThey arrived on time yesterday to do the initial deep cleaning. There were 3 ladies. They were courteous and got to work quickly. I can't believe how much cleaner my house is...and the other company has been here 3 times! I love this crew and can't wait to have them back every week.
Description of Work: I hired another company to clean my home. After the third time, I fired them because they did an awful job. I decided to join Angie's List to find my next cleaning service. Maids R Us called within 24 hrs. Tina showed up when she said she would. She removed her shoes and went through my home to give me my quote. She then gave me a list of what to expect and a price. I hired them.

Description of Work: We contract with Maids R Us to clean our main floor weekly, for $65, and then the whole house monthly, for $95. Tina, who did the estimate, was incredibly flexible, and gave us a number of different options to choose from. We've done a month's worth of service, so they've done the main floor 3 times and the whole house once. They do an excellent job each time. We get a receipt e-mailed to us each week after the service, and we got a letter from the owner about rescheduling over the holidays, which was very helpful. We recommend them highly!

Cleaned every inch of the house, moving furniture and other items. We had work done on house over the past few weeks so house was a mess. After she left, looked brand new.
