Nothing out of the ordinary

We were locked out of the house...key broke off in the door. This was the fourth place we called and quickly realized we should have called them first! We called at 8:45 pm and the phone was promptly answered and we were told that someone would be there in 20 minutes...over 2 hour wait for another company that we were able to contact. The technician that showed up promptly...if not a little earlier than anticipated...was great. She asked for ID to confirm that we are the ones that called and lived at the address provided during the call. Within 15 minutes a new key was made but unfortunately did not work because the original was in 2 pieces. The technician was very professional and had us in the house within minutes after the new key attempt. Due to the hour, we were pleasantly surprised at the quick, professional, courteous and affordable service we received. The Lock Doctor is on the top of my list if anything ever happens to our locks again
