interior painters
 + -1 moreIt did not go well. His estimate was completely outrageous. I would not recommend this service provider.
Description of Work: Mr. Knoles was prompt in responding to my email requesting an estimate for interior painting. However, I had to contact him twice to ask when he was going to schedule an appointment. He came by and measured the work area and sent an estimate two days later. The estimate was totally outrageous, so I obtained estimates from other businesses. His estimate was over twice as much as the other estimates. I would never trust this individual to provide services at a reasonable cost.

deck cleaning
 + -1 moreI talked with Mark on phone and he was supposed to come by my house and give me an estimate for washing, staining and sealing my deck. He was supposed to be here yesterday morning (May 18, 2012) but he was a no show. He didn't bother to call me and set up another appointment time. Not very reliable in my book. I was very disappointed in this gentleman because the review I read about his professionalism, punctuality, and trust worthiness described the type of individual I would like to have hired.

remodeling, garage builders, interior painters
 + 1 moreOverall it was great experience. Wonderful work ethic, very trustworthy. He came and went during the day when we were working and never a worry!
Description of Work: Mark Knoles remodeled what was once a sun room into a gorgeous living room. The walls were torn down and re-built, new windows were installed, dry wall was hung and fnished, painting was done, the ceiling was texturized, laminate flooring was installed, all the trim was replaced with oak. The work was GREAT and this room is absolutely beautiful! He also sided the house and has done tons of odds and ends. The kitchen was remodeled last year, counter tops installed, walls were a mess, so he fixed the drywall and also installed and finished drywall on the ceiling in the kitchen/dining room. He also installed a new front and back door. We've referred him to anyone we know who is in need of work from drywall, painting, exterior, etc. There reallly isn't anything he can't complete.
