Description of Work: The do good work, however, it seems I was up-sold services I didn't need. Overall, I think they are an honest and reliable company. I needed grass (brown & some areas dirt) patches filled in, currently they are spraying my lawn for something until fall.. I'm not an expert, therefore, I can't say if it's a good strategy or not.

Description of Work: my selection of this company was based on the recommendation of a friend, a long time client of Robertson's. I called March 27 and on April 1 a representative came to assess my lawn, he was thorough, very professional, gave me the range of services they could provide, then considering the condition of my lawn, told me which ones he did not recommend at this time. I did not elect to start service that very day and he applied no pressure, but simply said "call us when you are ready". On April 9, I called to schedule the early spring treatment with crabgrass inhibitor; on April 10, I returned from an errand to find that they had already serviced the lawn. Everyone I have dealt with at Robertson's has been friendly, and courteous. A plus for me is that they require no contract for long term care, you start it with a call, you can end at any time the same way. I am extremely impressed with them and recommend highly.

 + -1 moreThey are very reliable with their applications every year. We have been using them for years, and they do a good job. They are quick and quiet and will answer any questions that you may have about service or lawn problems. We have cut back on the extent of applications the last few years (to save money), and they were good at setting up exactly what we wanted. We get the same good service as we did with the full year program.
Description of Work: Early spring fertilization and pre-emergent treatment for weeds/crabgrass.
