Description of Work: Emptied septic tank, including digging it up and replacing dirt. Did not charge extra for that (as another service did) nor did they charge extra mileage.

Description of Work: I called for a septic pump out due to overflow on a saturday, their page states same day service, but as always they couldn't come until 2 days later. They did not refill the hole they dug and did not help with an estimate I asked for when I called. I had to call back and was then told about needing a soil sample first.

Description of Work: On Sunday 12-30-12 our toilet on the main floor over flowed when we used the upstairs showere .We could not get the toilet to drain. Since it we Sunday we had to wait until Monday. Illini Septic was the only company that answered/or could come out Monday. The Angie's List rating was good.. After setting up an appointment with Illini several other companies called that were a little less expensive but we kept our appointment with Illini. Dominic was pleasant, and efficient. Cleaning out the tank did not fix the problem so since he had other appointments he worked us in and come back that same day so we would have working plumbing over the New Year's holiday. Dominic had to pull the downstairs toilet to fix the In speaking to the owner Bill and, also, later Dominic on 12-30-12 I explained that the main floor toilet was overflowing and we needed the septic tank cleaned out. When Dominic came I explained the problem. He cleaned the tank and came to the door for payment. I asked him if there was anything special that I needed to do to the septic to keep it running correctly. Dominic said to use the chemicals once a month. I said that I have been for the last 5 months. At that point he said that the septic did not need to be cleaned out and that was something he should have told me before proceeding.

Description of Work: Called the provider to discuss the issue, and said he could come out the next morning. He called to confirm I was home and arrived in 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged trap in the main sewage line, used his eel machine to unclog it, was gone in 30 minutes, and my basement drains were clear!

Description of Work: They came in and went straigt to work and when I knew anything they were finished. It was a very minor problem that could have developed into something major because when I called them, I thought it was major when they came so I was very proud of them because from when I talked to them, they thought I had a big problem but they got it so it was minor. Again, I like the way they come in and figure out the problem and then they go right to work. Before you know it the job is complete. They were very professional all the way. I don't want a problem but if I do again, they will be who I call. Thank you. My date of service and price I just put it down as an estimate because I do not have the bill with me when I started

Description of Work: The septic tank was overdue for pumping. I called early in the day and within a couple of hours they were here.

Description of Work: Dug down to expose sewer line, replaced broken section and refilled hole.

Description of Work: We had sewer water backing up in basement of a house we just purchased. I phoned Illini and they were at the house within a couple of hours. They cleared the line of tree roots and gave us a quote to repair our old tile lines with PVC to avoid future problems. This is not an expense that we expected ... having just purchased the home ... but we feel confident that we have a solution that will keep this from being an issue in our future. Glad for Illini's advise on stopping this problem from occurring over and over.

Description of Work: We have a leeching spetic system that had a break/leak. Illini cut out the old section of the septic pipe and replaced it with a larger-diameter one.

Description of Work: I had suds coming up in my drain from my washer. He looked at everything and determined I didn't have a problem at this time, maybe use less soap. He checked all around my house and outside and said right now he couldn't see anything wrong. He never charged me a dime. I will certainly keep his number if I do have any problems, he was GREAT.

Description of Work: He had to clean the drain in my laundry room.
