Ā + -1 moreIt went very well. I don't know if it is important to others but she is a good Christian person and honest. By chance, we had a muiual friend who vouched for her honesty and THAT is very important to me, having had others who stole from me and who were careless with my belongings. I would recommend her to others for sure.
Description of Work: She brought all her own equipment. Vacuumed my rugs, dusted all the furniture, scrubbed the kitchen floor on hands and knees, cleaned all appliances in the kitchen, and cleaned the wood floors. She did the stairs to the upstairs. I felt the price was fair. She did what I asked her to do. One thing I appreciated is that she DIDN'T do the dishes in the sink. I wanted her to HELP me clean my house and that is what she did. I hate people trying to do my dishes and put them away, not knowing where I want them to go. She left things where I had them and that is the way I wanted it.

Ā + -1 moreMy husband hired her from an ad on Craig's list as a gift to me nine months ago and we couldn't be more pleased.
Description of Work: Amber is consistent and reliable, she does the main floor of our home (1850 sq. ft) every two weeks and we very rarely find missed items or incomplete work. She also does other cleaning on the upper level or in the finished basement, depending on what we need done. She is trustworthy, honest, and a genuinely nice person. My husband hired her from an ad on Craig's list as a gift to me nine months ago and we couldn't be more pleased.

Ā + -1 moreAmber has done a consistently good job cleaning for me. She initially did a "move in" deep clean of our new house and we were impressed enough to hire her for biweekly service. She does take about 6 hours to clean my 2800 sq ft home, since she is by herself. She always takes one short break mid-way through (which is something I didn't have an issue with). I found her quality to be consistently good with just a few things missed. She was very accommodating when I needed to adjust our regular time due to schedule changes or sickness. Also I work from home and found her very pleasant to be around and not at all intrusive when she was working. Overall, I would definitely recommend her services.

Ā + -1 moreI would use this service again. It is expensive though and since I live out of the Springfield area a $10 fee was charged (which I felt was reasonable with the current gas prices). She was busy and energetic the entire time, taking a couple short breaks in her car and a quick lunch break. As with many cleaning services, a discount was offered for more frequent service. I'm not able to have a regular housecleaner (weekly-monthly), but it is a very nice treat to have my entire housed cleaned every couple months!
Description of Work: Amber did a thorough home cleaning of my approx. 3500 sq. ft. home (2000sqft on main floor and 1500sqft in finished basement). It did take all day (8 1/2 hours) since she was working by herself. Also, she completed some tasks that a chain service may not complete (cleaned interior of windows, all light fixtures). She did a great job getting the hard water deposits off the master shower glass door. Only a couple things I would like to improve upon for the next time (2 windows were missed, top of fridge not dusted, one lamp noted to still be dusty) but overall she did a great job.
