Everything went well...hired because of some storm damage.

Set the repair time on the 16th. On the epair day and time of the day got a call, within 30 minuts thy were settingup. With in one hour job done. Great job.

I feel bad leaving them a bad review because they honestly tried hard to make things right and were nice throughout the whole process. They came back several times to attempt to get their work up to my standards. Sadly, they lack the skill to do the job right in my opinion. This business was a crushing disappointment for me. I had new siding added to my house, and 3 windows replaced. All 3 windows leaked, and it took 3 return visits for them to get them not to leak (I still do not think they have it done right - it was a band-aid repair on brand new windows). The workers did a sloppy job cutting and trimming the siding, and it looks bad up close (Jagged edges and corners do not align). They also did not leave enough room for expansion, so I have siding panels falling off 3 years later. In the summer, my house looks like a big block of cheese left out in the sun - melting - because the siding gets warped when it expands and does not have room to expand. They did not use appropriate channels around obstacles (Such as water spigots) - they just cut the siding to butt up against such obstacles. They also did not use adapters to mount lights - they screwed the light on with deck screws and called it a day. They fixed these items when I asked them to, but I had to get them to come back out and inspect their work. And then there is the caulking. It must be the worst caulking I have seen in my entire life. It is simply embarrassing. I feel like I was scammed out of $14,000, and what is worse is that I need to hire a company at some point to come to fix some of this before my home gets too much water damage.

Came out. Evaluated the work to be done. Quoted a price. Since I was moving shortly, fit me in their schedule. Excellent work. Even sealed along the edge of the roof, which was above and beyond what they had committed to do. Don't hesitate to hire these guys.

I paid this company $10,000 two years ago to do my roof and I am having issues due to shoddy workmanship. Now, Steven Griffits will not even return my calls or fix the issues. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Thank you! - Jay.

Like that they could find the problem with my roof leak that three others did not. while fixing the leak, they corrected other problems as well for siding and vents. They were like others who have worked on my siding, left behind a handful of nails and cigarette butts on my lawn to be throw away. I will use Griffitts in the future, since they know how to do things correctly!

Most importantly for me was the honesty shown by the company when giving me the estimate. Next, the crew was cordial, quick and thoroughly cleaned when finished. Except for the new roof being in place, I would not know they had been there.

Good work done quick, we'll and on budget. Have other projects planned with them too.

I enjoyed working with Troy. He was always prompt with his communication. He worked around my schedule for all appointments and installation. I had three new windows installed and it took 2 installers about 8 hours to finish everything. Troy pointed out at our first appointment that the decorative shutters had been installed incorrectly and they were old and brittle. He suggested I pick up some new shutters at the local hardware store and they would install them. They even replaced the shutters on the large picture window I was not having replaced. I've been very happy with the performance of the windows and with Griffitts.
