Description of Work: They did not follow through on what they told us they would do. The salesman did not come to the house to make suggestions as to what we needed to have installed. We signed a five year contract and made a deposit on the alarm system. A little over a month later a technician came and installed the system. After many attempts to converse with them about operation of the system with no response from them, we asked them to come take the system out. They requested full payment of the five year contract including 60 monthly service fees. At that point we were so disgusted with them that we sent them a check for the full amount. We had to make several phone calls to them to get them to come out and pick the system up. They were telling us that they had to wait for our check to clear their bank. Our check cleared our bank account in five days from when I mailed the check to them. They continued to drag their feet in coming to pick the system up. I feel we received very unprofessional services from them. I would never recommend George Alarm Systems to anyone!

Description of Work: Service tech sent out multiple times to repair a faulty part-always the same issue & no permanent repair. This time they couldn't determine the problem. They replaced a fuse anyway.

Description of Work: Installation of door alarms motion detectors and smoke detectors. Service was excellent and curteous. When tripped, response is immediate and professional.
