Flooring America, they are a national group I think, their local store here is who we used to get to re-do our kitchen floor. The people that they send were fabulous. They were here a week but they completely did a really good job. It was really fabulous. We would recommend them. We just couldn't believe how good they were for every penny. I love my floor. The installer was very professional. My husband has been in trades for years and we have had experience with trades men and this guy was very, very professional and just very knowledgeable. I would grade them 'A's down the line. We did go shopping for the product and we got the best. We got what we wanted and it was the best price that we could find. I was happy. We shopped at a lot of places and we kept going back to them and it was a surprise for what we got.

Choosing the tile was easy with Pats help. She made sure it matched the existing flooring in the other rooms of our home and our kitchen cabinets. She helped pick out the pattern that the tile was placed in. She even came out to our home with the samples to make sure it would look good when everything was all done.

Went great. They let us come to the store whenever we could make it, even the new store while in transition. Came to install carpet same day that we had 18-1/2 inches of snow. They were late, but they got there. Would have like them to check back with us after the carpet was installed as we had a question about it, but everything turned out fine.

Excellent. The time estimated until delivery and installation was within the time frame quoted. The installers they use do an excellent job and keep things pretty clean.
