Repair was thorough, systematic and fast.

Great. Derek and his associate were very prompt and professional. The furnace was beyond repair and they gave us a quote and when we accepted they promptly tore the old one out and replaced with a new one. They cleaned up and took all the old parts away. I will definitely recommend them!!!

Derek M. answered our call, explained pricing and came immediately. We had called another plumbing company and was told we were sent to dispatch. After 3 hours no one had been in touch with us. Derek was pleasant and professional. He solved our problem quickly. A huge relief on a weekend.

Troy from FJ Murphy came out to service our old AC unit, which we determined needed to be replaced (it was 31 years old, so this was expected). They have since replaced our AC unit with a new Lennox unit, and the whole removal of old unit and installation of new condenser and coil was really smooth. Scheduling was easy and the service was great.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and had the unit up and running quickly and also cleaned the unit. I also asked the technician a few questions about replacing my AC Unit as well as my furnace and he patiently answered my questions. The reason I rated only fair for responsiveness was because I made the service call on Monday AM and it was Wednesday before they could get anyone out. Being that it was late June it might have been a busy week for them.

They were very professional. The service technician was excellent, as was the helper that came and brought him a part. They were both so polite, which is rare these days. I'd highly recommend them to anybody! The young gentleman that did the work was very efficient and knowledgeable. A lot of companies don't like explaining what they're doing, but it's really nice to have someone that actually takes the time to make you informed about what's going on and why.

We had tried to DIY fix the leak in our bathtub but had lots of problems with the cartridge not budging and coming out in pieces. It soon became such a problem that we had to shut off water to the entire house. I run a daycare and not having water is a big problem. I called at 9:15 am and explained the situation. She informed me she could have someone to my house sometime between noon and 2. I explained that we had to let the water company know by 1:30pm if we wanted the water turned back on today so earlier in that window would be great. What a pleasant surprise when at 9:54 am the technician showed up! He got the cartridge out and informed us it was under warranty with the company (awesome news!). I was waiting for a large bill at the end, but it only ended up being $127! They have outstanding customer service and were very well priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

This has been the best experience of my entire new home purchase. I closed on the new house and found that vandals had broken in and stolen all the copper and the furnace. Murphy's made life happen and fast. They were able to get repair men out and worked with me to get things done and provide water to my family immediately. When buying a new home all things may not go as planned but they put a plan into action that made my life so much easier. I didn't qualify for financing but they worked with me and my family. Medical issues caused us to move in immediately but they were out the next day and stayed till the job was done. As a single mom buying her first home I couldn't have asked for a better blessing than their team and trusted workers. They have truly made my life and my new home a HOME.... Thank so much FJ Murphy !!! I truly don't know what I would have done without you.

Scott called a head of time and was right on time, he got right to work. Was friendly and polite. He got it unclogged quickly and was reasonably charged. Good service.

This is the second time I've called FJM with an urgent problem. Both times they sent someone out the same day. The first time my toilet was broken. This time I had sewage back up in my basement (on a Friday, no less). The plumber spent about an hour and a half at my house and snaked out all the drains. The cost was $178. Others service providers charged me as much as $300 for the same thing. I also had FJM out once when my furnace wouldn't kick on. It wasn't cold enough for it to be urgent, so they came out within a few working days and took care of the problem promptly. The office and the service crew are always professional and pleasant. I am not unhappy with their prices. I won't call anyone else.

They came out the day after I called because I literally didn't have a functioning toilet.

Our plumber arrived on time and assessed the situation for materials. He did not have enough with him so left and returned very shortly with materials for a 20 ft gas run for the new range. Installation was performed quickly and professionally. We would definitely hire this professional plumbing company again.

Murphy's Plumbing was too high. It was too expensive. They were fine.

Scott the plumber was here early and very nice. I watched him and he explained everything as he went along. Sturdy and fast work. Really liked him.

Well pump would not run. I called FJ Murphy, going off Angies list review, to fix it. The service tech arrived the same day i called at the time expected. He replaced the pressure switch and adjusted the settings on it that triggers the pump on and off. He had a little difficulty setting it. I asked if the switch could be faulty or his settings might be off a little. He kept saying that it sounds like the pump is going bad and we should consider a new one or have ours rebuilt. I was pretty confident that the pump was fine being it was only a few years old. He did get it running was seemed fine. He was not gone 10 minutes and the pump would not shut off. We immediately called the company and they got a hold oh him and returned promptly. After some more adjustments he got it set perfect. I was impressed that he called to check on us on a Saturday to see if everything was working ok. I felt the cost was a little high, however he did spend quit a bit of time adjusting the switch. There was a trip charge of $50 which i thought was high being we were only 10 minutes from their business. Overall good experience, nice guy.

Did work as requested, friendly, courteous. No high pressure or run around regarding the possible bathroom add on. would use again for any plumbing issues or needs.

The young lady that answered the phone was very nice and was helpful in explaining the services that could/would be provided.

A plumber was there within a few hours. The drains had been sluggish, so he checked the pipes and said they were clear. I use this company and will continue to do so.

The technician, James, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with furnace, a faulty blower motor. He removed the motor an replaced in a very timely fashion. James was professional and courteous. I will continue with F. J. Murphy for all my plumbing needs.
