Description of Work: They snaked out a clogged drain in our basement utility sink. We really appreciate good communication as they called to let us know when someone would be out & when they were running behind. The only reason I give a B for punctuality is because they were running late, but the weather was very cold & we understand they had bigger jobs with heating that had to be done first. Thank you!

Description of Work: The guy was out to give us an estimate to put in new pipe to the pool skimmer. He said he would check with the company and verify the pool pump would work correctly with the additional pipe being put in and give me two estimates. One for them to do all the work, the other if we dug the trench. Two days later the office girl called to give me one estimate, but did not have any more details. I asked about the other estimate and the call, but he had not given her that information. She said she would call back with that. She did call back with the second estimate, but never did call about if the pump was big enough to have the correct pressure needed to filter the pool. I am not sure we would call them in the future.
