Description of Work: Not sure exactly. I had something wrong with my A/C and someone else wanted to replace it for about $2000 plus wanted me to replace heater for another $2000 which worked fine. Frank told me he could replace the part that broke and its been fine since.

Description of Work: We received a new furnace through a home weatherization program offered by Sangamon County, IL about a year ago. This winter intermittently, we'd wake up in the morning to a cold house because the furnace wasn't working. I tried to reach the original contractor who installed the new furnace but i could not get them to return my calls. Frank had been our furnace and repair man for several years before we got the new furnace, so not knowing what to do, we called him to ask for help. He came over, looked at the new furnace and told us it was improperly installed... and it lacked the proper city permit documentation. He said he did not have the equipment in his truck to fix it, but said we should contact the county and complain that the installer was unresponsive. On his own, he called our ward alderman to complain on our behalf about the installer.
