+ -1 moreI was needing another inspection for a rental property I wanted to buy. I have used other inspection services and always felt that they did nothing that I couldn't just have done myself. I had heard of Dunham Inspection service and decided to give them a shot.Wow was this a great idea. Mr. Dunham is the owner and he shows up and does the inspection, he was very professional and friendly, he did a very detailed inspection, took him a couple hours or more. When he was done he said he would have an email report done by the next day. And like he said I got a very detailed report via email the next day. I was able to print it out and it was full of pictures of everything from the inside of the electric panel, to what the insulation in the attic looked like. He found cracks in the foundation and I was just amazed at how detailed this report was for only 300 dollars. I couldn't of been happier, I've gotten one page checklist before at inspections, this is ten times better. I'll be able to keep this report for ever.
Description of Work: Tom Dunham is the owner and he did the inspection, it was the most professional inspection I've ever had done before. I couldn't believe the detail he went into, I figured you would get some one page report. But his report was detailed with pictures, from everything to the inside of the attic to the inside of the electric panel. Its a great report that I will always keep as something to refer to in the future.Just an excellent exp.Thank you Mr. Dunham.
