Springfield location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great communications, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They cleaned the ducts, cold air registers and dryer vent and explained every step from start to finish. They even showed me before, during and after pics as they went along. 40 years and 3 dogs later, the ducts are amazingly clean. Well worth the money. Excellent staff and service!

We have never cleaned our duct work in our forty-year-old home and called Duct Dusters. Jeff , the owner gave us a estimate on the price and how his company goes about cleaning the duct work. they arrived on time and did what they promised. I would recommend them to anyone.

The two young gentlemen, Mac and Kyle, were professional and courteous. They were efficient yet thorough with cleaning and sanitizing the ducts. Mac was informative with procedures and follow up should we have any questions or concerns after service. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had all ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The two gentlemen were prompt, courteous and thorough with the process.

They donâ  t have equipment to reach vents in high ceilings. Bummer. Please double count the number of vents and returns on a paper. Do on your own ahead of time and write it down per each room.

Mac and Eli performed the duties of removing a hundred years of dust and debris from our vents, and both of them were delightful, thorough and timely. Because of this family operated company, I have peace of mind this winter that my lungs will be cleaner, as well as my dryer not starting fire.

The guys were fantastic came in did their job….Curtis and Zavier were professional and thorough with explanation of what they were going to do and what needs to occur after the jobs was completed…I will be hiring them again to do my mothers house duct cleaning

The workers which included the owner were very friendly. They answered our questions every time we had one with enthusiasm & honesty. I even got my dryer vent cleaned for free with my purchase. They did a great job communicating back and forth and they got the job done two days after their estimate which was great. The only complaint that I have is that they didn’t actually do one of the return ducts, which they never explained that they weren’t going to do.

They arrived on time, went right to work and were finished in the estimated time. Mess was cleaned up and the dryer tested to make sure everything working fine afterward with the dryer vent. Very pleased with this experience.
