I contacted Duct Dusters late Saturday night about cleaning my dryer vent. I had a reply by 7am Sunday and Jeff came to work on my dryer at 5pm Monday. I was really impressed with his promptness. When it came to the work he did he was quick with this too. He looked over the vent and dryer and told me what it would cost, but once he got started he saw part of it was broken. He let me know he was going to the piece, but did not charge extra me to fix this! Amazing service, definitely a job well done and he was very personable. I will definitely be contacting in the future! Thanks duct dusters!

I went on Google to find out the cost of my dryer vent getting cleaned and home advisor came up, I remembered a friend of mine says she uses this method to find service professionals. The only professional that was shown was Duct Dusters LLC. The man call me, and I explained my problem and he stated what his schedule was and he indicated that he could come over to look at it, when he did he lst thought it was a cleaning and replacement of the duct,however he stated that it was more extensive than he originally thought. He said that he could complete the work needed that day, I was elated. We agreed on a price and he did as he promised from beginning to end. I am sooo completely satisfied. I will definitely share this with anyone who has the same issues that I HAD. He even cleaned up after he was finished. I had a load of laundry to dry and the dryer worked just like it should.
