Very friendly and VERY UNDERSTANDING. I had to reschedule twice and they were very accommodating. One of my ducts slipped out of place and they were back here in nothing flat and fixed it. I would highly recommend their services.

I called on a Tuesday and they were able to come Friday to clean my dryer vent. It was a scheduled appointment not a "window" that they might show up. I had no mess to clean up when they were done. He even had booties for his shoes so he did not track any of the snow mess into the house. Very prompt, courteous, clean, and efficient.

He responded to my entry within a half hour. He was here to give me an estimate about an hour later and completed the job within another hour.

They dont guarantee their work and to do anything else they want more money

I called Duct Dusters LLC because I had a negative experience with one of the "$79 Full Service" duct cleaning outfits. I had arranged for an appointment, and they never showed, so I called Duct Dusters LLC. Jeff called before our scheduled appointment and even arrived earlier than planned. He gave me a comprehensive walk-through on what I could expect from the procedure and how much it would cost. He did a beautiful job and now my duct work is nearly sparkling clean (He takes photos to prove it!). He did a great job and I'd recommend his service to everyone, and I would be very wary if you see an ad for a 'cut-rate' duct cleaning service because I'm positive that they could not possibly provide the quality of service that I got with Duct Dusters. Five Stars!
