+ -1 moreCalled them on a Monday and left a message. Got a call back about 7pm and we briefly discussed the job - trimming one tree in our yard and taming some bushes. He asked when a good time would be and I said "Now" or whatever works for you. He said tomorrow "about this time." I said "It's 7pm so about 7?" The guy said "No, probably about 5-6." I said Okay. Tuesday came and went - no call, no one came to look at our trees. I called Wednesday morning and left another message stating I never heard from them on Tuesday. And that was it. Today is Saturday and I never got a call back and no one ever showed up to look at the job. No note. No call. Nothing. Must be nice to have so much business you can decide whose money you don't like the color of - mine must be the wrong color. WILL NOT be using Ducks - even if they did the job for free.
Description of Work: Ducks tree service didn't do anything - they were unresponsive.

Description of Work: I might use them in the future. The tree came down nicely and they spent a fair amount of time finishing. They sub-contract the stump removal which was OK, but the ground pieces were larger than expected. Only complaint...a large branch fell on a section of sidewalk and the cracks in it didn't appear for several days. I confess I didn't contact them about it, but it should have been "tied off" to guide it to a soft landing on turf instead.

+ -1 moreBush is now one-third grown back and stump remains. Tried calling back a number of times to get them to come and complete the work but calls never returned. Complaint filed with BBB asking for refund. The company never responded to the requests of the BBB. Meanwhile, I paid in full, with incomplete work remaining to this day.
Description of Work: Removed tree and removed a large bush. Was to remove stumps as well, but never happened.

Description of Work: Work was excellent. Original appointment was not kept and had to be rescheduled, after that misstep all went well. One small tree was removed and a major trimming of another tree was completed and clean up was great.

+ -1 moreSadly, I waited not once but twice for this company to come out to provide the service the bid on. The first time they didn't show their truck over heated and was in the shop. Ok, I understand that, it super hot here but I had to call them to ask where they were, they should have called to cancel. Then they rescheduled for a Tuesday afternoon. Again, I had to call them after waiting all afternoon for them to show up. When I called the owner apologized and asked if they could come tomorrow (Wednesday). I have no more patience waiting for their service.
Description of Work: They came out and gave me a bid to grind a stump and trim a tree, then never showed up to complete the work...
