+ -1 moreDistinctive Designs designed our kitchen and laundry room remodeling and we could not be happier with the outcome. They took a 1960 era kitchen and completely modernized it. The process was painless and there were no surprises. Their attention to detail made all of the difference. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

+ -1 moreThey provided us with "ten hours of service time" to develop floor plans for a kitchen and bath remodel for our money, but held those plans hostage because we weren't using them as the contractor for the job. Overall, I say go somewhere else. You can get plans drawn up that are just as good and the final cost of the remodel will be much, much cheaper.
Description of Work: Beware of Distinctive Designs. Read the fine print of the agreement before you sign. We paid them $700 for kitchen and master bath designs and because we didn't use them as the contractor to do the remodeling, they wouldn't give us copies of the plans that were drawn up. And, their cost estimate for the kitchen was double what our eventual contractor bid the job for.
