 + -1 moreLandscaper came out when scheduled. He was professional. Landscaper never came back to measure and after approximately 2-3 weeks I followed up with a phone call. The person who answered the call let me know he was at Coppertree but after putting me on hold, said he wasn't available and he would call back. I knew I was being blown off. He lost out on a $9,000 job which was completed by a competent competitor !
Description of Work: Provider came out and we went through my issues in landscaping in my backyard due to losing a large pine tree. He had ideas and I liked some of them. I needed quite a bit of mulch for my front yard and he suggested their unique mulch and would add me to their list. Landscaper said he would come back to measure as the weather was a little chilly. He never came back.

 + -1 moreWe looked all over town and online for a fountain we liked and finally found it at Coppertree. I contacted them through the website and received an answer back right away. We went out to the store and Laurie was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained all the options to us. We then looked around until we found just the right components for a custom fountain for our deck. We also found matching pots (on sale!) allowing us to carry that same color theme throughout our back yard. We were very happy with the service and look forward to enjoying our fountain for may years to come.
Description of Work: We wanted to find just the right fountain for our deck. We went to Coppertree and found a pot and a base and then they installed a pump into the pot to make a custom fountain. The pot is high quality and frost proof and just the right color to go with other pieces in our landscaping theme. We also found 3 other pots that match so we decided to get them too. The owner (Laurie McWilliams) was very helpful and explained to us about how and where the pots were made, how to maintain the fountain, and what to do at the end of the season to store it until next year. They offered delivery but it all fit into our car so we did not need that service. I contacted her after the sale with some questions and her correspondence was very quick and helpful. Will definitely go back when we need other landscaping needs.

Description of Work: These folks are great to work with. For me, $7000 is a lot of money, but the work had to be done. I was unable to get any other landscaper to even give me a bid on the project, so I talked to Coppertree and they were able to work with me to bring the price down a little from their original bid.
