Description of Work: Changed out DVD reader/writer. Stopped working after a couple of weeks. Was not able to fix main problem but said could not find issue.

+ 0 moreWhen I got it back it was a skeleton. I couldn't get on the net. I took it back to have them check it. They charged me another $17 to tell me nothing was wrong. Over $200 for arrogance and no real service.
Description of Work: i asked to have my laptop checked and cleaned up to run better.
