The owner came out for a roof estimate, damaged and leaking from a fallen tree limb, and for siding. While leaving he somehow veered off the gravel driveway a couple of feet and struck the black steel fence in the yard surrounding our well head on 3 sides, destroying the 3 panels and 4 posts. It’s been there for at least a couple decades (without incident) to alert people it’s there so they don’t back into it or in this case, veer into it. It’s even more important when snow starts piling up. We installed a new 3-sided fence about 3 years prior. We wouldn’t have wanted the well placed there ourselves, but due to the location of the leach field and other restrictions, we understood why, and it’s not that uncommon out here, and is what it is. Thankfully, the wellhead was not damaged nor the tire or rim of his over-sized pickup. Seemingly irritated, he oddly asked me why the fence was there. We live over an hour away from the nearest population centers and it’s often difficult to find service providers. So we appreciated his coming out to assist us, and told him not to worry about it and we would replace it on our own dime, which we did for about $110. He stated he would provide an estimate by the following week, but after another couple weeks passed I contacted him. He stated he was busy due to other storm damaged roofs and would get an estimate to us, but we never heard back from him.

We needed to have the back half of the roof replaced in order to finish a refinance. After several quotes Chris came to the rescue. We wanted the whole roof replaced but were low on funds. He agreed to do the back half and do the front next year which was more than we expected. The price was more than fair and I knew exactly what to expect when the work was done. When they came to do the work, they were quick, efficient, and most of all professional. After they left I checked to see what needed to be put back and everything was exactly the way they found it! Other than a beautiful new roof you wouldn't have known someone had been there. I will be hiring Chris and his crew again when I need work done on the house!

Chris came out right away and gave us a bid - very competitive to the other bids we received. He got up on the roof and measured and looked the job over carefully. He gave us a list of references which we called. All the references had good things to say. We accepted the bid and scheduled the job - he is very busy so we were scheduled for two months later. He came when he said he would and got right to work. He brought a crew of about 6 guys. They arrived at 10 AM the first day - moved patio furniture, put ply wood over windows and plastic sheeting over plants. They pulled the old roof off, repaired the small problem we had in the substrate and put down felt and were done by 3 PM. The next day they came at 7 AM and put the roof down - they were done by 1 PM. They worked in pairs on different parts of the roof simultaneously so they were finished quickly. They cleaned up all of the large pieces and most of the small pieces. He had the dumpster hauled away the same day. They were very efficient and organized. I think they did a great job! The new roof looks beautiful! Only problems - I went through the yard after they left and found many small pieces of the old roof, small pieces of a shiny material and bits of plastic, black felt and paper. It wasn't a lot - only filled a 7 gallon bucket but I was worried about the shiny metal stuff because it seemed a little sharp and was in the back yard where our dogs go. They did break the heads off some flowers but since it is October, I don't really care. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend him without hesitation - fast, efficient, organized and the roof looks beautiful! He did not charge us extra for the small substrate that needed to be fixed which was very nice!

the crew was very polite and very good at cleaning up after them selfs the job was done fast and right would only choose this roofing company in town
