My freezer is up and running once again. Jimmy repaired a dishwasher a few years ago for me.

Mr. Clement was right on the spot and charged a service call, which he deducted from the final bill. The part was the most expensive but better than replacing a stove. He was friendly, courteous and punctual. It was an older stove and hard to deal with in time, but he found the part. I hope he can keep up with the new trends in appliances so I can use his service again.

Although the bill for this simple service seemed way too high to me, the fact that it was done so quickly was due to the tech knowing right off what was causing the problem. He blew out gunk in the drain from where it started inside the top freezer compartment through the tube extending out of the compartment, down the back of the frig, and into the collection drain at the outside bottom. It was a maneuver I could have done myself, had I known the cause of the problem.

I can do this kind of work myself, but I call him to do it because he is so reasonable. By time it would take me to go and buy the parts and waste my time doing it, I can go to work and make twice that money.
