Description of Work: They installed a sun tunnel in our kitchen. We purchased the tunnel and extension ourselves because we were able to get it at a better price that they could according to the estimator. A contract was sent, signed, and returned within 10 days. The workers arrived when they said they would and it was completed exactly as described. My kitchen was spotless when they left.

 + -1 morePretty well. It was slightly difficult, because we have an old house. Everything has to be retrofitted. We had a leak under the sink after the installation. Buraski promptly returned in a few days to repair. It has been fine since.

Description of Work: I contacted Buraski for an estimate. the representative came to my home and questioned my reasons for building on. it seemed as though it was a judgement, but I face the benefit of the doubt... maybe he was full of suggestions to make the project better. I was wrong. After telling me he didn't think I could afford the work, He proceeded to respond to my questions in a demeaning and condescending manner. the final straw was never receiving the estimate. the estimate was for a room addition (ADA) compliant, so that I can move my father in to care for him following a stroke. 1. don't assume I cannot afford a project, you are not my accountant, 2. judgement of my reasons for or methods of caring for my father are NOT your concern, provide the estimate promised, I will decide if its to expensive, not you.

The report was delivered via email on the day promised, as a pdf attachment. I appreciated receiving the report via email instead of mail. I had a couple of questions that were promptly answered to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with their service.

 + -1 moreThe subcontractors they hired were professional and did good work. The masonry company did a good job matching the original brick that was no longer in production. We were disappointed in the clean up job the masons did but all of the other subcontractors did a good job cleaning up. We had a couple issues with the garage door that were taken care of in a timely manner. Any other small issues that arose were also dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Hired and oversaw subcontractors to repair the garage that had massive damage. The subcontractors did brick work, replaced and painted fascia and moulding, replaced garage door, put up new drywall and painted it. Before any of the subcontractor work began, they did emergency repairs to keep the wall from falling down.

 + -1 moreso it seemed too high to me for one side, even though it also included the deck and porch. I have a friend had Buraski Builders do a room addition for them and gave them high marks on everything except it seemed like a took awhile before they got to their job. Once they got there though, they were on it until it was done and did a good job.
Description of Work: Buraski Builders has an excellent reputation in our area. My husband worked with them in the past, as a sub-contractor. They gave me a bid on staining a porch floor, posts and railings, as well as two-tiered back deck as well as the back two story side of my house. The back deck is pretty high off the ground s it would be harder to do. I felt the bid was too high. However, I did have a couple of other people look at it for a bid but they never got back with me so I was not able to compare Buraski's bid with any others. A couple of years ago we did have three sides of our log home power washed and stained and it cost $5,000,
