Description of Work: Replaced the water shut off value for the ice maker behind the refrigerator with a new copper unit. It took longer to turn the water off to the house and back on than it did to replace the part. This company is "Hands Down" The BEST Company serving the Springfield Area for Mobile Home/Modular Home/Manufactured Home repairs!

 + -1 moreThis was about a week's worth of work. ALL this work improved the look and value of my home tremendously. Enlarging the entrance deck created a totally new look for my Modular Home and the new skirting on the 4"x4" timbers gave such a beautiful, finished look. The lacked gate they built for the entrance onto the deck from the steps is probably one of the best features because it allows me and my dog to set on the deck and I have no fear of her running down the stairs and away into the yard or street. It is a wonderful security feature and it really finished the look of the deck! The new skirting replaced the original 15 year old skirting and has made a huge difference on utility bills. Even though this work was performed over 2 years ago, I wanted to share that Buddy's Mobile Home Services builds beautiful decks/porches, etc. I have had many, many compliments on my new deck and it has certainly changed the entire look of my beautiful home! I'm the envy of the Mobile Home Community! Thanks Buddy!
Description of Work: Installed new white skirting around my entire Modular Home and exterior add-on porch and placed all new skirting on 4"x4" beams to protect skirting from mowing and for stability. They also patched all holes underneath the home where any plastic or insulation had been exposed. They also replaced the drain plumbing and reinforced insulation on the Master Bathroom Whirlpool underneath the home. They replaced the existing side entrance porch, reinforced insulation panels so the home was sealed and secured underneath the porch area. Built a new 14' x 22' deck with spindle rails and a 36" wide latched entrance gate which can be padlocked for security.

 + -1 moreThis was a WONDERFUL experience. I have used Buddy's Mobile Home Service for over 10 years and their work is ALWAYS SUPERIOR, PROFESSIONAL and THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I met Brian for the first time and found his services Outstanding. We also spoke of other jobs that I need to have performed within my home and I am excited to know that I can continue to rely on Buddy's Mobile Home Services to do the work I need! If you own a Modular Home, like I do, and live in a Mobile Home Community or own a Manufactured Home or Mobile Home, many tradesmen will not service these types of homes. If you have ANY interior or exterior needs, Buddy's Mobile Home Service is the company to call. My shutoff valve to my icemaker burst about 9:15 p.m. on 10/2/2013 and I contacted Buddy's Mobile Home Service and they fit me in the next day, 10/3/2013, and my water was up and running by 3:00 p.m. I just appreciate the prompt, professional and kind service I received! Thanks Brian! I'll be calling soon to schedule more work!
