Everything discussed prior to install was as they said. The gentleman was here on time, was explained what he was going to do then went to work. He was friendly and would sing while he was working. He cleaned up his mess, i wiped it down after 24 hrs. To let glue dry. Did not take him very long maybe 5 hrs. Talking shower/tub out then installing a walk in shower, I Love it, more room, easy to clean & looks very nice!

The first rep I spoke to was very friendly. He spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions and concerns and to negotiate the best financing deal. The installer came promptly at the scheduled time and got the job done quickly and well. I am very happy with my new walk in shower and would definitely recommend hiring them!

Contractor was professional and friendly. Completed the project within the allotted time. He gave instructions on after care and things that would help maintain my shower.. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and double and triple checked everything before he left.

True to their word it was completed in a day. Actually 5 1/2 hours. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and worked as a team. They cleaned up the area when they were done. We would definitely recommend them.

Very pleasant experience. They removed the old tub/shower enclosure and installed a walk in shower. They arrived on time. Were very considerate of our flooring, put down coverings to protect carpet & wood flooring. In & out in a little over 5 hours. They were very polite, professional, and cleaned up !

Nathan the sales person that came to our home was very nice and told us exactly what to expect. The workers that came showed up on time they arrived at 8 am and by 3:15 they were leaving. We had a Taller tub and surround replaced with a walk in shower with a bench and hand rail and we are very pleased with our choice. We would recommend Nathan to anyone who needs a sales person and we would also recommend Bath Planet to anyone who is looking to have some work done.
