Description of Work: The report seemed thorough, but after a few weeks in the house I've begun to wonder if home inspectors can really do much. Our back porch has an obvious structural problem that was not in the report and although access panels were available, we got no inspection of our attic.

+ -1 moreMany things that I feel should have been "caught" on my inspection were not. Mainly, my clothes dryer is not on an independent circuit. I think the inspector knew the person who was selling the home to me and took his word that things were a certain way.
